A lovely turkey broth which we had last night , and which will therefore taste even better after a days' stewing.

I have a small lump of beef rump for tonight, am going to give it a dry rub and then slow roast it, something along these lines:

Apparently The Boy also made that last week, using chickpeas. I have made the lentil based one a few times, very tasty :thumbsup but a tad :windy :moon the next day :D

I'm doing something with leftover roast :chicken just haven't made up my mind what yet :think

Nah, not tonight, I made curried parsnip soup on Sat night. I have lots of veg though, leeks, peppers, mushrooms, sweet potato, spuds, onions, brocolli...I'll think of something!

I have just had a slimmer's dinner  :yes       :hungry King prawn and mushroom & noodle stir fry from the domestic goddess.... Mrs Dell-Boy.
She makes Mary Berry look like an army cook.......... :think not that I know what an army cook cooks like.   :D
