It was very very badly done.  They could easily have had Tanya unwell, or Oscar unwell, so sending Abi and Lauren on their own.  To have her behave like this over the death of Bradley, who she was fond of, was not credible.

Exactly. If I were the actor involved I'd be livid with the writers...

Erm, where is the actress who plays Tanya?  What is happening in real life?

I can sympathise with George's motives as I'd feel exactly the same about my grandson living with a raging alcoholic who 'decided' he didn't need rehab and was 'cured' after a few weeks... Peter shouldn't be anywhere near Simon on his own for quite some time no

However George's actions were rash, not thought through and not helping Simon long term...

I like the fact that George is just misguided rather than a panto villain.  Like you say, he has not thought it through.  Peter is in no fit state but Leanne lives with him and Ken lives next door (although then again, Peter is too headstrong to listen to any of them). Little Simon's face crying

Audrey was good in her scenes with the police.

John is going to be in trouble... the police are getting a lot of work out of the residents big grin

I felt a bit sorry for Auntie Peg last night being slung in the rubbish tip by Roxy. However what was Peggy thinking in that calamity Jane outfit. So cringe...!!!

I'm not sure how they find out Lucas bought the flowers for Owen's mum but if he used his creditcard then he deserves to be caught. Surely even the dimmest of criminals would pay cash...?

I felt sorry for Peg but she has been asking for it.  Obviously this is part of her exit storyline.  Roxy needed to say whose pub it was, Peg thought they could just move back in and carry on exactly as before.

I felt sorry for Peggy too, but really, that outfit...

Can someone remind me, when is Babs leaving?  I thought it was May, but she seems to have yet another storyline coming up, fighting over Martin Jarvis with Pat.

Roxy and Ronnie are apparently going to both try to buy Bootys at auction - Ronnie wants to turn it into a bar.  Yeh right, in addition to the pub and the nightclub already 10 yards away, genius.

Someone was asking where Tanya is.  I just read that Jo Joyner is coming back in the summer to do a 'special' with Max (lucky Max) and then back for good in autumn.

I really enjoyed EEs last night. We saw Lucas at his finest at the dinner table putting that little runt in his place and then the big fall from grace at the very end...yes It's said that the actor who plays Lucas is absolutely hilarious on set and has everyone in stitches...big grin

I personally think Adam could be Lucas' next target.  Enjoyed EE last night apart from the stolen CCTV footage.  That just would NOT happen, plus the florist was a sh1te actress!

I didn't watch it, sounds like I didn't miss much.
There have been hints that Lucas does kill again - there are so many I would like him to get rid of (starting with Denise) maybe he could get a machine gun this time.

It's not the best at the moment, not for me at least.  I am not interested in the Lucas storyline, except where it involves Liz, and I cannot take any more of Ronnie the tragic queen.  I think I might give EE a miss for a while.

Don't forget they didn't have much to work with due to being in the dark over who killed Archie.  Should all pick up after the 2 hander on the 26th

Yeh it is the usual story with EastEnders - big dramatic reveal followed by total anticlimax.  Not being able to have Stacey around for weeks on end has completely put the brakes on that storyline, and we are left with Ronnie and Roxy hamming it up instead.  And bl&&dy Becca, who is unwatchably vile.
